These are the levels of organization within a living thing.

1. Cell is the smallest unit of organization in a living thing. It may be a muscle cell, a nerve cell, a skin cell, ...
2. A tissue is made out of a group of similar cells. So muscle tissue is made out of muscle cells together.
3. An organ is made out of various tissues that work together to perform a task. So a stomach is an organ that contains muscle tissue, nerve tissue, epithelial tissue, connective tissue, and so on.
4. An organ system is a group of organs that work together to perform a task for the body. The digestive system is an example of a system which is made of the organs: esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and so on.
5. One more step which you didn't mention is organism. An organism is made of all the systems put together to make a complete living thing.
