There isn't one, that is why Dick Codey (the majority leader in the statehouse) took over the office of Governor both when Corzine was out due to his car accident and when McGreevey stepped down.

If I remember correctly, there are a total of 7 states which do not have an office of Lt. Gov. at all, and NJ is one of them.
