If the volume is fixed, as in a glass container, and the temperature goes up, then the pressure goes up. If the temperature goes down, then the pressure decreases.

If the volume is flexible, as in an imaginary balloon, where the stretching rubber exerts no force on the gas, then, if the temperature goes up, the volume goes up, the balloon expands. If the temperature goes down, the balloon contracts, decreases in volume.
