Ok, I have one. I kind of base this on the movie "Ricochet".

You get someone to secretly drug a person and kidnap that person. You keep the person drugged up so that they do not regain consciousness. You collect the various DNA evidence from the person that you will need. You can also use latex to get a copy of the person's fingerprints (be sure not to mirror image them). Get some identifying objects from the person such as special jewelry or even better a wallet with driver's license. Ok, now go and kill someone and plant all of the evidence from the first person at the crime scene. Wait a few days and dump your drugged up person on a street in the middle of the night.

That person will wake up and not remember anything from the past few days. The police will find all of the evidence and contact the person. This person has their fingerprints, DNA, and physical evidence all over the scene of the crime and the person has no alibi and will also test positive for drugs. In the eyes of the police, the person went on a drug binge and killed the other person. While on the drug binge the person was too incoherent to remember what happened and too messed up to try to bother to hide the evidence. The person will not be able to argue against this since he/she can't remember or account for the missing days.

All of this depends on keeping the person drugged up the entire time you hold him/her. The best part of this plan is that it is a two-fer. You get to take out one person and pin the crime on another. There may be links that come back to you, however, the other evidence is so strong, the police will very likely ignore any evidence that points to you (if they even find it).
