First, this was a decade ago, Fredericksburg and Memorial played last week and the Express News article mentioned no racial incidents.
Second, even if this applies to Fredericksburg, a single sign in a city doesn't mean an entire city are racist.
Third, if single incidents of racist comments spoke to the intent of the entire city, then San Antonio is racist against everyone.
Finally, what does a 10 year old sign in Frederickburg have to do with Boerne?
