Movie should be approx 90 minutes. We have High School Musical, Polar Express, and Wizard of OZ as three choices so far and are are looking for more ideas. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

High School Musical is probably for an older age group (around 10-14 I'd say), and Polar Express is...well, it's not that great of a movie. I doubt a seven year old would really enjoy it, it's incredibly slow. Wizard of Oz is a classic, although a lot of kids, even ones that young, have probably already seen it.

I suggest The Incredibles - my six year old cousin and his four year old sister totally love it.

Wizard Of Oz is a great choice! It's a bit longer but Oliver! is likely to go down well. You might also consider The Yellow Submarine. Myazaki (sp?) films might be a bit intense but it will change there lives.

any of the shreks
ratatoullie
spiderman
cars
jungle book
meet the robinsons

i know they may not be 90 minutes, but they might get bored with watching movies that long...what is the 7 year olds party theme? you could choose a movie around that, with crafts and things... :)

"The Princess Bride." The boys might not like the title, but there's actually more there for boys than for girls. "Buttercup" falls in love with a farm boy, and he goes off to seek his fortune, but is murdered by pirates. She gets engaged to a prince, just because she knows she will never truly love again, and is kidnapped by a know-it-all Sicilian, a Spanish master swordsman, and a giant. "The Man In Black" follows them to rescue her, and one by one he defeats them. The battles are hilarious, and even though he "dies", it all comes out in the end.
