That people who say they would spend lottery money on children and animals and the elderly and disabled are full of it and would go straight to there bank and spend it all on them selves. i know i would. i guess i'd pay off some bills to.

I totally see your point! I would pay off my bills, buy whatever the huck I wanted, and buy stuff for friends and family. But there would come a point when all of that would get boring; I mean, I can't even begin to imagine how I would spend 100 million dollars or some crazy amount like that.

I probably would use some of it for good; maybe start my own charity---think of the tax writeoff! ; )

I think most people would satisfy all their wants and dreams first and then take care of their friends and family. If they are smart they would make sure that they make good investments so that they will have funds in the future. If they have a little left over then they will make a charitable donation.

I would put part of my winnings into a trust for my favorite animal shelter. Tax break for me, and money for them. Sounds like a win/win.
