A hug or a kind word are always nice. But finding out if there is anything you can do to help them and take some of what is causing the stress off them would be a good idea too.

Letting the person know that you care about them by listening to them and allowing them to vent without interrupting. Most importantly is to give them validation. Tell them that you know they're stressed and you can understand why. Sometimes just a little validation can do wonders for people. I feel better when someone can empathize or sympathize with the reasons for my stress.

it somewhat is not ordinary for an otherwise in nice condition 'bouncy' individual to enhance amnesia (forgetfulness) through rigidity. it rather is real that some those with melancholy or rigidity could have concern concentrating. the certainty which you have issues that have not have been given greater suitable after rest, migraine pills and probably different easy discomfort killers needs to be defined. Are the issues / migraine of recent onset? have you ever any indications of an infection following the sinusitus? as an occasion fevers or sweating at night. My suggestion may be to flow lower back to the medical expert to attempt to get a diagnosis. in case you have have been given new-onset headache / migraine, onset of forgetfulness and persisting indications of an infection, it somewhat is not neccessarily all through rigidity - rather as you describe your self as commonly 'bouncy'. Ask the medical expert to contemplate referring you for extra assessments on the wellbeing center. sturdy success!
