why does the tv or screen of my computer turn rainbow
when water is on it?

Because the water faries really like that screen material and shine with lots of colors in glee.

NEVER clean a monitor with water. Use only Isopropol Alcohol (Rubbing) applied to a soft cloth, not the screen. Then, wipe it dry before turning on the power.

the water is changing the direction of the light. you looking through one drop of water will change what angle your looking at it from if that makes sense

because light is refracting off of the water
