I think Hyuuga Neji is better. He is the #1 rookie of his Ninja Academy graduating class during the first several volumes of the manga. He is also considered to be the strongest and most talented of all the Konoha Genin who attended the Chuunin exam during that arc, and is the first of them (and currently the only one) to become a Jounin. He learned many of the Hyuuga clan techniques (that the main branch specialize in) by himself whereas Hinata always had the chance to train with her father, Hyuuga Hiashi. Neji also has the will power to never give up or be beaten and he keeps striving forth (as seen in the Sasuke Retrieval arc).
Hinata has drive and determination as well, although she gained her determination with some enlightenment from Naruto.
All in all, I think is Neji is much better than Hinata, but I believe some day Hinata might become just as strong as Neji.

Well in the matter of skill Neji is far beyond Hinata. He mastered techniques he isn't even suppose to know (do to the fact he had no one to teach him), expanded the byukkugans telescopic vision from 50 meters to 800 meters and of all the rookie 9 was the only one to make it to Jounin rank. So by statistics and display of skill Neji is leaps head of Hinata however, Hinata is an "underdog" character like Naruto who thru determination alone will achieve great things. She may never catch Neji.. or she might but with her determination she has almost limitless potential like naruto. So in that sense she is better... but overall Neji takes it... hands down.

You did not give enough details of what they are better at. I have to admit that Neji is stronger. =(
BUT Hinata is better at being graceful in movements and a better person for being nice and cute.
You are right Anime addict Nick Jonas luvr. Hinata is cute and Neji is strong.

If so, my answer is Neji

And, at least he has a personality,
whereas Hinate is more shy than a mouse in a lion's den

I believe Neji is good. but if you're talking about the will to keep going on even though you know that you'll just get pushed down, Hinata is the way to go . even though Neji is talented.
But in my eyes they're about equal.

I think Neji is naturally talented. But with Hinate's hard work and dedication she'll be just as good.

neji,but out of all of the ninja in the leaf village,no,the whole world,neji is lucky to have the best ninja in the world on his squad and to have a tied at first best ninja leader!ROCK LEE AND GUY SENSEI RULE!
