So I started my cycle on the 6th of last month... very regular and that was it... had sex on the 17th ovulated the 19th. I no semen can live for up to 5 days...

I have been crampy like I am going to start with no luck, had some lotiony type CM on the 3rd. I am typically a 28-29 cycle.

I took a test yesterday morning NEGITIVE... it was a digital so no mistake there...

Should I try re-testing?

Also my temps have still been above 98.15 my lowest temp this cycle was 97.15ish and my highest was 98.85.

This is so confusing... any advice would be appriciated!

We NFP with triple recording (temp, mucus, cervix) and, just so you know, even when all signs point to "yes" you still may not conceive. For a couple of normal fertility there is only an 80% chance of conception any given month, regardless of what the signs show.

In other news, my last baby "started" as a negative test result. She didn't "show up" on the stick until I was above 98 degrees (my normal is 97.2) for close to 20 days.

Keep taking your temps and charting your mucus levels. Leave your cervix alone right now if you think you may be pregnant (and if you keep record of it at all). Be patient with yourself and try another test if your period stays away and your temp stays high for a couple of weeks.

If still no baby, don't give up. :) Try for intercourse a bit closer to ovulation if you can and don't let yourself get stressed . . . Like I mentioned before, there really isn't a way to guarantee success, no 100% chance moment that it will occur. Keep trying and keep it fun. :)

OK...that sounds so much like I was. Guess what??!! You may bee pregnant. If your cycle lasted 5 days; it ended on the 10-11th. Well 7 days after that you were very fertile. Had sex on the 17th...BOOM there you go. I hope this helps.

A lot of things can make a period come late including stress, illness, weight changes... or you may be pregnant and the hormone levels haven't balanced out yet. Give it a few more days and try testing again.

Leave it another week and if nothings happened then take another test. It could be you took the test too early.

retest, but try not to use the digital one, get the one that shows to lines, so if your pregnant you'll get a faint line
