I am getting the run-around by my mortgage co. all payments up to date and house in foreclosure. there is too much info to list in this box but are the lawyers and mortgage company required to respond if I dispute their claims that I owe $ 3,978. they lie and lie and lie and never have a record of me requesting a print-out of monetary transactions. Now I am in forclosure, how does this happen when you make all of your payments. by the way, they lost $2,100 and have no record of it. I faxed them the cashed check but they never got it. I faxed it again and they still never got it, I asked if there was an address where I could send it certified mail and they refused to give me an address. WTF????

Why are you asking here instead of discussing with your lawyer? Don't have a lawyer? GET ONE BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR HOUSE.

Most mortgage companies sell the mortgage. make sure your payments are going to the right company .I have seen them sell 4to 5 times and cause a great deal of confusion, even sending payments back and then demanding more than what is owed. If you are in Chapter 13 you should have a court appointed trustee who is excepting your payments and directing them on to the mortgage company. Always pay by some sort of check for receipt purposes.

have your attorney write the letter asking for the printout and also have him send the front/back of the check for $2100.00 to the mortgage company overnight and do not waive signature confirmation...better yet send it return receipt requested...that way you get a card back in the mail with the signature of the person who accepted the envelope and you have a name of a person to start tracking your stuff with and to pin blame on for negligence....as for getting the address for certified mail, i do believe i would find the nearest location to me for that bank and i would personally deliver it or have it courier delivered (that way you still have a signed receipt)...all major companies will have an office near you ....your attorney should also be able to obtain the physical for the company though.....what company is it?....you should post that as a question so that someone may answer you with an address for them.....youre getting global coverage here so someone has to know...good luck
