They rest of the one losses are worse that a lot of 2-3 loss teams I could name.
edit- Boise St does not belong on any list of top teams. Neither does Hawaii for that matter. The are just glorified high school teams.

LSU has had a tougher schedule than Oregon, therefore they should be ranked higher. Although I think Oregon is a better team than OSU.
