you will always receive the same answers from the same people. make your own decision whether to believe it to be possible or not.

read about it - and, why not, try to do it.

"From the 1960s to 1990 Russian psychic Nina Kulagina displayed an apparently impressive range of psychic powers, particularly psychokinesis (the ability to move objects using the mind alone), and was tested by respected scientists and filmed many times. However, she remains a controversial figure and her demonstrations of psychic ability have received criticism from sceptics who believe the films and experiments show clever trickery rather than paranormal powers."

"Contrary to general belief scientists are not the most reliable of witnesses when it comes to testing psychics and others claiming supernatural powers. Although trained in careful observation the thinking of a scientist is rational, based on a lifetime of experience in a rational world, but the methods used by those who would deceive are irrational and unless one is trained in the art of magic then the fraud is almost impossible to detect."

i'd say yes. it is possible and comes naturally.
just an ability we stopped using at some point, but an ability still inside us.

RE:
Is Telekinesis possible?

enough with the 1 million amazing Randi giveaway. I find nothing amazing about Randi except he continues to keep himself in the spotlight since he has been way surpassed by many other illusionists and magic artists. These guys draw Randi like they are drawing a gun ! LOLThere has been some research into TK by the CIA, Military, and several universities around the world. While there was some positive feedback. the evidence was far too little to ever make it useful such as the psychic ability as well.
EDIT: the Amazing Randi's challenge is no challenge at all. He is judge, jury, and executioner. All participants must agree that Randi can pick and choose what he will publish and not publish. all participants must pay their own expenses. All participants must give him sole rights to anything having to do with his challenge. Randi refuses to place this so called million dollars in an independent escrow account. And finally the so called experiment is based on a one time only exibition. If science was subjected to this, nothing would be fact. true science is based on experiment after experiment, not a one time only trial.

Telekinesis is name given to an assumed existence of an ability to move things by
thought or more acceptably by mental energy. The whole idea to say the least is a wishful fantasy indulged in by gullible folks. They are unable to accept the fact that it is a total fiction . Some people like to think that human minds have miraculous capabilities. This way of thinking may be true when applied to physics, chemistry or mathematics or to disciplines embracing these subjects.
However on a rational basis, it is inconceivable. Any movements anywhere in this wide universe needs ENERGY to effect a change. To move objects by sheer force of thought needs enormous output of mental energy. No human mind has that kind of energy. The mind is encased inside the cranium and there is no known technique to extend human energy outside taht wonderful structure called the skull.
No !.Things cannot be move by thought-enery alone; the idea is total humbug. Many thanks

According to our understanding of the 4 basic laws that govern how all matter and energy interacts, telekinesis is impossible. But some people will still continue believe in it anyway.

Phew! Thank god somebody finally asked this question.

Short answer: it's very unlikely.

Despite claims that PK was demonstrated by thousands of people during thousands of experiments (many repeated) at statistically significant levels, the truth is that no one has ever conclusively demonstrated PK. The aforementioned experimental studies are almost universally criticized or ignored as pathological science by degreed scientists. Most of these studies were published in scientifically shady paranormal journals which most scientists would avoid submitting a rebuttal to, and a tiny number were published in more respected journals which do not, as a rule, use their journal as a forum for bickering. Moreover, journals such as Foundation of Physics (in which a small number of such studies were published) explain that publishing a paper does not mean that the peer review board actually agreed with the findings, but just that it was interesting to the readership and clearly written (see springer link).

Is TK possible? Many claim to be able to move things using nothing but their minds, but not one single person has ever been able to do this in a controlled environment. That doesn't mean it's impossible, it just means those people are either liars or else deluded about what they are capable of.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, but if someone positively claims something to be real then it's up to him to put up or shut up. No one has ever provided evidence. If they could they stand to make some money, starting with the $1,000,000 someone I know of is offering.

If these answers aren't satisfying you can search for past questions. There seems to be about five a week that have asked the same thing.

Do Humans Have Telekinetic Powers

having in mind that most of the people use only 13% of brain (or 11%, im not sure), who knows what happens if somebody has a higher usage of the brain... there were many scientific shows about telekinesis, and even in some of them u could really see (i think it was some woman) a person twisting for example a spoon, or moving objects while concentrating on it... anything is possible, since all living and non-living things are just different manifestations of mass and energy... all of us r more connected then we think.

Everything we know about our anatomy and the way our brain works tells us that telekinesis is NOT possible.

We just have to suck it up and use our hands to move stuff. I know it's hard, but it's the only way.
