Bush has never been blamed for any natural disaster, only how his administration reacted when Americans needed their government to protect them from the after-math, in which Bush has failed miserably on every attempt.

How about this the extinction of the dinosaurs was caused by an asteroid. The debris clouded the sky cooling the world and cause ice fields. Now when the Dinosaurs lived the planet was some thirty degrees warmer. So the real answer appears that the remains of the ice age are finally being wiped out caused by an asteroid strike and we are adjusting back to or normal temperature.
