Have you ever heard of Parallel Axis Theo-
rem (Steiner's Theorem)?

You still must know moments of inertia for each ball unless you assume they are made of the same material as a neutron star and unless it is so what are their diameter?

Izz=I1 + m1R1^2 +I2 + m2R2^2+I3 + m3R3^2+I4 + m4R4^2
Similarly for Ixx, and Iyy

Gee almost forgot.
R is the distance from the center of gravity of the individual mass to the axis about which you want to find the moment of inertia.
