call a lawyer for this and they should be able to give you information for free (by trying to get you to hire them as your lawyer).

they should provide any info you need.

that's what he gets for not hiring a lawyer in the first place. He should just chalk it up to life experience and move on. Some women can be extremely vindicative when they want to be, and she probably thought he was the father. They're BOTH to blame for this situation. It took both of them to ruin that kids life. Besides, where's she going to get the money to pay him if he sues? Take food from the innocent child's mouth? Some things aren't worth the trouble, nor are they ethically sound. If a woman has an accident and kills someone you love, do you go to her and sue for the death of your loved one? How about if she just left the funeral home about her son, and had a blowout from road debris, causing her to lose control? Some things are just better off left alone.

No, because when he was notified aboutthe pregnancy and knew he had doubts, he should have requested a DNA analysis then. Problems like this only get worse if you try to ignore them in hopes that they'll go away. That's what he gets for procrastinating.

He should do now what he obviously failed to do when this started, hire a lawyer.

He brought all but the amount owed on himself by obviously ignoring legal documents and court orders.

To sue the mother he would have to show that she KNEW he was not the father and yet took these actions.
