As soon as the next president takes office.
But I want to say that I believe too much is made of getting rid of Bush. Why not get rid of congress instead; you know that Bush's approval rating is higher that of congress.
You know he is not the worst president we ever had some say he is. But not my father's tribe. You ask the Cherokee Nation the worst president ever was Andrew Jackson. Anyway Clinton lied under oath and was impeached and still got to serve out his term; Bush was not impeached and that is because there is not enough evidence to impeach. I don't know he knowing did America wrong. I think the media hates Bush and has been unfair to him.
I think Bush has some wrong views especially on immigration but that is not reason enough to not allow him to serve his term.
I defended Clinton who I could not stand as long as he was office; I am fair Bush gets the same. Plus I think Bush is a better President than Clinton was. If I defended a president I could not stand and never voted for; you can bet your life that I will stand behind a president I did vote for.
He has done a lot of good he banned late term abortion which nothing more than murder; he allowed for stem cell research, and he has regardless of what other said showed a good example of America not be racist. He appointed more minorities than any other president in history. So all bull about how bad of a president he is; is just that bull. Bush's crime is that he has some morals and the far left news media and democrats feel threatened by him.
Bush is not a bad president, he is just not perfect; none of us are.

Hey man, I tried in 2004. It's not my fault that Micheal Badnarick lost.
Trust me, many Americans hate Bush even more than you do.

Are you threatening the President by wanting to "get rid" of him?
That is a serious crime and believe me, they are listening.
