Absolutely, especially if you have a daughter of your own. If you don't cry over songs like "Skin" by Rascal Flatts you may need to see a doctor and see if your heart is beating. But all the Father/Daughter songs like Stealing Cinderella, My Little Girl, Butterfly Kisses should bring a tear to any man's eye especially if he were to be dancing with his daughter at her wedding.
