1. 28

2. When the 1st plane hit, I suspected terrorism as I know planes aren't supposed to be close to the towers. When the 2nd hit, I told a lady at the Church office I was in "we are at war".

3. No, I haven't been impressed with radical Islamists at any point. Any group that is allowed to kill those not like them are no good in my book. I was not pleased when the Taliban had those ancient statues blown up just because the statues were representing a different religion.

4. Newspapers. One liberal morning newspaper and one conservative afternoon newspaper. (Their editorial boards are liberal and conservative - their news seems fairly straightfoward most of the time. I can tell when it isn't.)

5. I have always been critical of the news.

6. Unfortunately it is radical Islamists I think of first.

7. There are sections of their Holy Book (Koran, Quran - I don't know how it supposed to be spelled right now) that do allow it, so yes.

8. See #7

9. Some. In some Muslim countries, they can't drive, can't be seen in the company of men who aren't relatives, can't go to school, etc. Also, if you try and no longer be Muslim, sometimes you will be killed. Muslims converting to Christianity have been killed because of that conversion. That is oppression in its most severe form.

10. Some do, but most places of the world have people who hate America. It has to do with America's primacy among nations right now. What the heck, some people hate Switzereland!

11. No. If anything, the media is trying overly hard not to offend. They need to treat the radicals like they treat abortion clinic bombers.

12. To a degree, but that is because the moderate Muslims don't step forward for fear of the radicals. The moderates need to be more vocal. Until they do, the murderers will be the face of their religion, sadly.

Added later - to Ms. 6. What do you mean when you write the plane in PA was "gunned down"?
