Pour it down the transmission dipstick tube.

Make sure the car's on a level surface. Transmission fluid level should be checked with the car in park and idling, after the gear shift has been shifted through all the positions, pausing at each one for a few seconds.

The car should be driven until the temp gauge is reading normal temp. Then with the car in Park and engine idling, remove the transmission dip stick, wipe it clean, reinsert it fully, remove it and look at it. The fluid should be above the "Add" mark but not higher than the "Full" mark. If it needs fluid pour it in the dipstick tube.
