I feel fat when I look in the mirror and see how out of shape I am compared to when I was a younger man in the military. I wear a 34 instead of a 30 and my six pack abs have turned into a tall boy.

I would like to lose about 7 lb. I look skinny because my arms and legs are thin but my middle is thick and I'd like to get rid of some of that.
