As youir question category is "seniors", I will assume you to be a senior adult and wanting to remain as far away from cholestoral and transfatty snacks as possible...lol
Yeah, sure...is that even possible...? I look at the box and after tasting some of the contents I get the feeling the box itself would taste better...YUCK...!
I am not a popcorn freak despite what my cupboards reveal... I pig out on dehydrated fruit mostly, the variety packs as well as the single fruit packs.
I hate the Chex Party Mix and would rather nibble on the bark of a tree...
Am not sure which...Kellog or General Mills...makes a small cinnimon square about the size of a cheezit that is delicious...it is a cereal but I nibble them like crackers...
Celery dipped in peanut butter is a fabulous snack. If you like onions, slice a white sweet onion and place them in a bowl of white vinegar...they are delicious...can even put peanut butter on those for added taste...
Put some uncooked lima beans in a bowl of white vinegar and let them soak overnight...another great snack...
Fresh fruit can neer be overlooked as well...
I am sure you and others can add many more items to this list...try them all and find what suits you the best...
Enjoy...

Nuts (all kinds), Mango yogurt, Cheez-it, Trail Mixes (homemade and store bought), Granola Bars,Ice Cream Sandwiches, Cereal, Dark Chocolate & Sunflower/Pumpkin seeds!
you can also enhance your Popcorn by adding white, dark and milk chocolate Chips (pour the just-popped popcorn into a container and add the chips, mix it up) this tastes delicious and my kids love it!...

I like to take triscuit crackers and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and microwave them for about 15 seconds to warm them up. It is fast, simple, tasty and provides fiber, protein and calcium - more than you can say for a bag of chips. Also, since it's good, I eat it unlike the healthy crap of which the idea works for like a week.

I like these new Mini Molten Lava cakes. They bake in the microwave in 30 seconds and are great with Cherry Garcia ice cream!

CORN CHIPS AND DILL DIP, OR CHEESE DILL DIP, OR MILD SALSA WITH GUACAMOLE! YUM!
OR DUNN TA DUAH!!!!
ICE CREAM SUNDAE OR BANANA SPLIT...now that is only once in a while!!!
