It has never particularly bothered me, I have enjoyed most ages. I would now, though, love to have the eyesight that I had when I was young, but doing without the dramas etc is a good thing!

Accept it. I think it is so futile to worry about aging i embrace it. I think its the stupidest thing ever said "die young and leave a handsome corpse".
For me when i turned 30 i thought at last I'm an adult, if by the grace of God i reach 40 i will be celebrating not commiserating. Same for 50,60,70,80,90,100 and i am shooting for 110 why not?
I want to enjoy all life has to offer its the eyes that count not the wrinkles around them. I say come on age bring it on......

I think there are far too many things in life to be truly concerned about other than your age.
I'm too busy living my life, & I feel that if I keep myself active & fit (both physically & mentally), than what is there to be concerned about?
Do we have a choice? After all, aging beats the alternative!
Follow your passion, have a sense of humor, be empathetic to those around you, keep close ties to your friends & family, & don't be afraid to try new things.
You'll see that life can be great no matter how old you are.
I'm 56 & have no regrets. I just keep on going.

It concerns me big time, but I have to accept it because there is not THING #1 that I can do about it.

I'm 45 and it definitely concerns me. I'm on the downhill side of 50. But I have no choice but to accept it. Do I look it? NO. Do I act it? HELL NO!!!

Not really. I still feel inside that I am 22 years old. I'm happy, in shape and great health, so that is what matters to me. I'm 36. If feels good though when all the parents at my kids school are in their late 40s and 50s. Makes me feel even younger. Stupid I know...

I'm totally lovin' it. I'm 45, still tight, healthy, financially secure(well, let's keep it real, I'm comfortable OK?), I find something new to love about me every day, I can do whatever I want, I don't need anybody to validate me, If something feels good and makes me happy, if I want to, I'll do it, (not meaning recreational drug use, OK?) I really love my job, I don't mind going to work(although...um...I called in for tonight, a family emergency(ha ha ha ), I just pulled five 12 hr shifts, I want to stay home with you all! Hey, you gotta pay the cost to be the boss, I've wasted too much time already trying to please everybody but myself, now, it's my turn!!!
