We might as well pay the people that will eventualy buy nuclear weapons and attack us the money as quickly as possible, That's the plan to shore up Social Security and Medicare so all us baby boomers can't collect any.

It isn't terrorism. Read "Half Gone" a book by Jeremy Leggett. The truth is oil has reached the point where we are trying to use it faster than it can be pumped out of the ground.

Maybe the troubles in Iraq have hurried things along by a year or two, but the rising price was going to happen anyway. Learn to live with it because there's no way out [the book explains why].

here's an answer that will annoy some -
I hope it keeps rising, until finally it becomes cost-effective to finish developing and marketing cars that run on hydrogen.
then it won't freakin MATTER how much oils costs,or where oil is.wouldn't that be a hoot?

Hmmmm...is this for seniors or politicians...? LOL

"You ain't seen nuttin yet !", as the saying goes...

This fuel buzz has nothing to do with the demand for oil as it is all about money and money only...!

The world spins on two axis, one of need and the other of greed... Obviously, greed breeds power and power breeds corruption. Naturally, we the needy are the ones over powered, right...?

When the leaders we choose to serve us are only serving themselves, our destiny is ordained and now, because of their greed, the mightiest power on earth has fallen as slowly the needy become helpless...

God bless America,
The Land I once knew...
Bring our boys home in glory,
They did what they had to do...!
