Marijuana will not be legalized federally, until the feds figure out how to tax it effectively. Since it can be grown at home in an indoor pot they have no way of knowing how much is being produced for tax purposes. A Federal permit could be formulated, but there would still be the problem with quantity.

Medical use only with a prescription.

No, I don't think it should be legal. It is worse than alcohol.

I never smoke pot nor will I ever. Stupid. The people that I know now that smoke pot are not that smart. Why would I want to be like them? They are irresponsible but they won't change. They don't get that they have a problem.

But I will say that it should be decriminalized because of the costs associated with it. It's not worth the costs to us.

illegal

the amount of THC in current hydroponic marijuana is far more than even the best Hawaiian weed from the old days. It is long lasting and hard warping [warps the perceptions].

No way I want someone who has been tokin' that stuff driving a car.

It's long overdue to be legalized. The laws against most (if not all) drugs are based on stigmas that have little basis in fact. Our drug laws are hurting more people than they are helping. They are based more on fear, bias and politics than on anything that makes any logical sense. This modern prohibition needs to be repealed.

It should stay illegal. But the only reason it is illegal is because the feds cannot regulate it.

Illegal

I dont see any direct benefit from having it around, and a lot of people act stupid after smoking it, so why should we make it more available?

Legal.....no one ever died from it, like drunk driving. It does not cause the liver to rot, either. It was misclassified under the Volstead Act.

All we need is more pot heads running around in the streets, as if we don't have enough problems with street crimes.
