Both..

well some music is written by the writer...or some maybe discovered from the old songs,people songs,country songs that then changed into a new urban mixed rythm..

but based on the words...Songs =written
the writer=discover the song

i think that everyone accumlates their own ideas from previous songs or lyrics that they have heard. I think that it is written from others
