This one cuts through a lot of states, all right. Sometimes through just a tiny corner of it. Here's the list, in order of states passing through:
Pennsylvania
West Virginia
Ohio
Kentucky
Indiana
Kentucky (again)
Missouri
Arkansas
Oklahoma
Texas
It barely misses Tennessee, so that's not included.
Oh, I should add that this is a great circle route, which is the shortest path from Pittsburgh to Dallas. It doesn't look like a straight line on a conventional map of the US, you either need a world globe or some great circle website. Check link below.
