Some women get it done before, some after. The bad affect is that, after breast-feeding, your breasts sag because they stretch (don't get this confused with breastfeeding "causing" sagging). That's why some women get implants. Two years ahead is a little far, though, but probably the best if you want to be recovered by the time you have kids. I guess doing it ahead of time is much easier. You really wouldn't want your kids involved in the ordeal. They'll wonder why their mother is in the hospital. So, make sure you really want it and talk about it with your husband. Surgery is no joke.
P.S. It won't interfer with breastfeeding.

As a 25 year old mother of a 16mth old, I'd say wait. I'm going to have another baby before I get mine done, but I am only getting a lift due to the fact that I have a 100lb weight loss that has brought them down. And no, your boobs don't go bad. Every woman is different. Some women keep their enlarged size afterward and have a sag effect start to happen. Mine went right back down to size and stayed that way. Execise always helps maintain your healthy looking breasts. I hope this helps!

No you shouldn't get a boob job. Wait until after you're done having kids to decide how you feel about your appearance. Age also has an effect.

a boob job won't make any difference to whether you have kids or not save your money for the kids and join up at a gym and body tone there plastic was invented for house hold items not boobs being who you really are is the best thing in the wrong and it don't matter what's on the outside it's who you are inside the partner lives with

Why do you want a boob job? I heard that it is very painful when recovering. I've head of friends going to emergency room because they're bleeding. Don't do it. Save the money for kids education.

WAIT until after the baby. I am also 22. I had perky full b boobs. after baby I have not so perky d boobs. I've been thinking about a lift maybe. I wouldn't get a boob job, b/c you might have to go back and have it fixed later after child.

If you want to have a child, a boob job is the LAST thing you need. With implants, you might not even be able to nurse your baby. If you need boobs to attract a certain guy, he wouldn't be the best father anyway.

Yes, besides why would you want a boob job? Learn to like your body so you can pass along a healthy lifestyle to your child......besides - You are encouraged NOT to breastfeed, - if you even can, a lot of women can't. The boobs can become hard like rocks, the implants can leak, your body can have a bad reaction and reject them, the incision can become infected, they can be different sizes...should I continue?

You may consider not getting a boob job at all because having kids will make your boobs a lot bigger anyway (not to mention, it costs a lot less).
