to treat a spillage from a car battery,y does putting water then washing soda(sodium carbonate)on it work?
please help!

yes, but desolve the baking soda in warm water first then wash the acid with it. there will be lots of bubbles and a harsh smell (hydrogen gas and sulfer smell) then rinse with lots of water. the acid will leave a stain in concrete
