but if i were to turn around and offer said stranger money for the sexual encounter it would suddenly be illegal?

How does that make any sense? Why is it illegal to pay for something thats perfectly legal to give away?

I mean i have never had a random sexual encounter like that, or would ever go up to a random girl and ask, i am just perplexed by this whole issue... i was watching cops on tv and the showed one of those prostitution raids they do... seemed wrong

You are right, one IS a business proposition but whats the problem with it? Why is it ok to give sex away but not charge for it? inherently the only difference is money is not exchanged?

What's not to understand? One is illegal and causes problems. The other is something that people have the right to do given there is nothing prohibiting them from doing so.

One is consentual, and the other is more of a business proposition.

i do now no longer understand what quantity grownup adult men understand or now no longer that the scrotum does this, even regardless of the effort-free actuality that this could be a element of the format of the male reproductive device. The testicles might prefer to stay at a different temperature, so mutually as this is chilly the scrotum contracts to furnish the "berries" closer to the physique to stay warmth and mutually as the temperature is heat, the scrotum relaxes and the testicles subsequently flow some distance flung from physique heat temperature. The "jelly fish" action which you think is as you say, some ingredient that many each physique isn't cognizant of, even regardless of the effort-free actuality that this could be a element of the expansion and contraction mechanism to maintain the "boys" snug (neither too heat or too chilly). sure, this is precisely involuntary flow, and commonplace. it particularly is between the few involuntary strikes interior the human physique that's no longer area of muscular tissues flow (all interior the exterior). it may extraordinarily be significant mutually as bathing in warmth water. like the "boys" attempt to get some distance flung from the warmth temperature! And mutually as i began out out answering on Y! suggestions, I puzzled how long it extremely is interior the previous somebody asked this question. (answer: 2-years!)

Probably less because of the monetary issue itself and more because of public health and criminal enterprise issues that arise from the unbalanced power across the inevitable distribution channels for the service you refer to.

That is the secular answer anyway - I am sure someone will pipe up with why their religious beliefs apply to you and are incumbent on you.

Offering money for sex is illegal no matter who it is. It's called prostitution. But you can offer to do it for free though.

I have always found it odd that it is legal to take a girl out, pay $50 for dinner and a movie and get laid, but it is illegal to give her the same $50 in cash.
I wonder if it is illegal if I give her a gift card for a movie and dinner?

Yes , technically that's the case, but there are mitigating factors like drugs and the spread of disease.

99.9999% of prostitutes do what they do to support drug habits - and 100% of all drug transactions result in violent crimes which hurt society.

That is the reasoning.

Therefore - when you pay a prostitute - you are contributing to drug-related violence in the streets.
