I want to take vacation this December where it snows alot.
I don't like ski resorts or high mountains and especially Alaska. I really want to find
quiet small town that definately snows in December.
Anybody know where this town might be?

Yeah you can visit Calumet MI where my parents live! Brrrrr. You'll certainly get cabin fever while you are there because there is so much snow you have to shovel your way out of the house.

Calumet MI is in the UP (Upper Peninsula of MI) eh!

Outside of Alaska it is not possible to guarantee snow in the US in December, especially a lot. Your best bet will probably be Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire, but if you don't insist on a specifically US city, Montreal would be a great choice.
