facebook and myspace are competitors. those are the two popular sites to me so even though myspace is the most popular, which will go out of style first: facebook or myspace?

They are like Yahoo, and AOL. People will always like either one or the other. As long as there are people who still use Facebook, Or Myspace, the sites will still be around.

I don't consider them competitors in the least, seeing how most people with one have the other as well. And I think if they manage to keep it fresh, myspace could be around as long as youtube, yahoo or google.

Myspace won't be out of style for a while.... There is Facebook too, but until someone comes out with something better, then niether of them will be out of style

i like myspace and i've never tried facebook. i like it because i like playing with my profile and making it look different all the time. i also met my fiance there, so i'm partial to it.
when i go to the computer lab in my neighborhood library, all the kids are always on myspace. they love it. so i think as long as kids still love it, it will still be popular, even if only with the younger crowd.
i'm giving it as long as kids still like it. maybe grown-ups are a bit jaded about it because the content gets boring and the "friends" are usually just fake, but i think they're recognizing who actually uses it and are aiming for that crowd. have you noticed that their ads are all for kids, like "does ur crush like you"?

Myspace is going out of date and bebo is the new face book in my opinion and what i have read.

It already is. People hardly go out of their way to check their Myspace anymore. It still is a good advertising site tho. Its not useless but people arent crazy about it anymore.

Myspace will go out first because it is too fake.I mean people on myspace.com are not who their profile say they are and just add you to their list as part of a numbers popularity game,they never talk to you,or even show they care.Avoid myspace.com.To tell you the truth all of these supposed to be ''friendly communnities'' are like that:BUNCH OF FAKES!!!.

Facebook is soo much better due to the applications and connecting with actual friends
