because they do this to calm you and fool you!i hate that!when i make a promise i sure keep it,or i don't make promises,i say"we'll see"

They said it so you can shut up or go away. They never really paid attention to what they were saying/promising. Then again it could be that they just can't do it. Circumstances change.

Unfortunately there are groups of random people out there who don't care if their word is worth anything. They lie so much they don't even know they are lying themselves. They'll say almost anything to get whatever it is THEY need. It has nothing do with you, it's all about them!!!!
