Yes, Inn Rocio is a nice place to stay. It is located along Kisad Road, just above the Athletic Bowl, very near Burnham Park and overlooks the central business district (CBD). It is just walking distance to Session Road and the rest of CBD.

When I was younger, I used to stay there. I remember they provided fresh flowers in vases in all of the rooms (and there were very few then, theu must have championed the idea of boutique hotels before Europe picked up the concept).
As Shirley pointed out, it is quite near. You can go to Session by crossing Burnham Park from the hotel.
