glamour airbrusing? None of these programs do things for you automatically...it takes artistic talent and knowledge of using the tools. You need to know how to work with them. Glamour airbrushing as your calling it, is done using a soft brush tool and techniques related to the software that i could write a book on.
Photoshop is the best Photoshopping program, however for free you can give GIMP a try...

People, people, PLEASE!
Photoshop is NOT a verb.
There is only ONE Photoshop, and that is the one made by Adobe. You can purchase it in many levels of complexity and functionality.
But, keep in mind that people have been modifying photo images for almost 200 years, LONG before Photoshop was even a dream.
