My brother has problems with his bowls. My mom removes the big pieces of it. She pours some Tide laundry detergent on the stain rubs it in (I know its gross) lets it set for a few minutes. Then if they are white undies she washes them with bleach, or if they are colored undies she uses a color safe bleach.
Try it it works.

More fiber in the diet means less skid marks in the undies. It changes the consistency of the poop making it easier to make a clean sweep. On the other hand, cheese (pizza, etc) equals skid marks.

I soak the undies in 1/2 bleach 1/2 water for about 10 minutes before washing. Seems to help keep them white and stain free.
You could also try panty liners - ha ha

First off only wear a pair of underwear once before putting it in the hamper. Second before putting a pair in the hamper pre-wash them. In the bathroom sink get the water hot, get the shorts wet then put some detergent right on the stain, rub it in then use a small scrub brush to scrub the stain. Then hang them up in the tub overnight. Wash normally.

First, just throw out the stained underwear. Underwear are cheap, so buy new ones.
In the future, keep a packet of butt wipes (sold next to the toilet paper), and wipe your butt with them after you wipe with the toilet paper. This will eliminate the problem. You can also wipe with wet toilet paper instead of the butt wipes, but that might leave toilet paper balls in your butt if you aren't careful, so I recommend the wipes. They're moist like baby wipes, and they're perfectly safe.
Skid marks are caused from having hair around your butt, so it's not because you aren't clean. There is such a thing as having your butthole hair waxed off, but I don't recommend that.
This was a very embarrassing answer for me to write, but I hope I helped.

Buy new undies!
Hahah... just try putting the detergent (if liquid) directly on the stain for about fifteen minutes before you throw it in the washer. That should help... it works on other stains.
