She is a 36 C and her right breast is half a cup size smaller and she only wears the same type bra all the time. It limits what she can wear and I know she didn't put much effort into finding a solution. I really want to come up with a good answer for her because I know one must exist, as I have encountered this with other women and they didn't have that much of an issue. Thanks!

A minor adjustment to what aleexx said...
Buy a bra that has removable pads. These are often filled with water or just air. She can wear the pad in the cup with the smaller breast, and will be pretty much evenly balanced.
FYI, I know that Victoria's Secret sells these.

you just have to get the bra the size of the right breast and buy special padding. the good people at victoria secret can help you with that. and if she has something special as oppose to what i suggested that she does. then just ask her straight up. if she already told you one is bigger than the other than she wont have a problem with it.

Buy a lightly padded bra and take out the padding in one side.

look for bathing suit tops with removeable pads and take the pad out of one side and add it to the other i dont know if you could find a bra like that or....... you could have one special made but,$$$$$$$$$$$!

get the size for the larger breast, and maybe get padded so you can remove it on the other side..?

I believe all girl's breast are slightly different in size. Plastic surgery, if she wants one or padded bra
