If you want to have pictures appear on Google image search you first need to upload them onto your website or blog (or someone elses if you do not have one).
When you do that, use an appropriate keyword as the name of the image (yourphoto.jpg), then use the alternate text associated with image properties to describe the photo with the same keyword/s. Lastly write some keyword rich text about the photo. That way when someone inputs a keyword/s into image search, your photo will be amongst the results. That is provided the website/blog is indexed by Google.

Cant upload to google, they just point to images on websites. You can upload to sites for free such as photobucket and then give a link to your mates that will bring your pics up.

there really isn't a way to submit pictures, what happens is googles webcrawlers will index tons of photos, and they have this weird game that you tag random images, and once those are tagged they are search able.
