My nose is so dry, it happened with my first pregnancy too. And I am a very bad sleeper so my nose whisling and the dry feeling, sometimes it's bleeding a little really keeps me up.
I've tried saline mist it does nothing, since it probably due to hormones, anything else I can do?

they have moisturizing nose spray that are very mild and actually work really well. The humidifier will help but not solve the problem. You need moisturizer like AFRIN with a saline solution. It will cure it right away

Yea, the same thing happens to me, and I am 30wks pregnant. I purchased a vaporizer/humidifier. IT works wonders!!! you should really make the purchase....it's like magic. Also, since money is an issue with most moms, if you can't afford a vaporizer, try boiling a large pot of water. My grandma used to do it. The steam from the water adds moisture to the air, which has the same effect as the vaporizer/moisturizer. Good luck!!!

I got a really dry nose as well... the doctor told me to use a humidifier. There is such an increased blood flow during pregnancy that when I did get nose bleeds they were really bad.

In addition to a humidifier, and this sounds a bit weird, but it really does help, just rub a little carmex right inside your nostrils. It feels kind of strange, but it will keep you from getting a bloody nose.

Is this all the time, or just in the morning, or while you're home? My suggestion is to get a cool mist humidifier, and run it constantly. We have one, and it really makes a difference in the house. Good luck :)

Put a humidifier in your bedroom and keep the door closed to keep the humidity in. You should probably also turn your heat down a couple degrees. Drink plenty of fluids, and good luck.

as far as i be attentive to there isn't any thank you to therapy it. I take warm showers in the morning once I awaken which clears out the mucous yet then my nostril continues to be dry. i'm 38 weeks and that i haven't discovered a therapy for it yet. i replace into analyzing in my what to anticipate while your looking forward to e book and it somewhat is a symptom of being pregnant, yet provides no therapy for it. i assume it probably has something to do with the extra blood bypass and extra mucous our bodies is making. in case you hit upon a therapy enable me be attentive to. thankfully I in ordinary terms have a pair of weeks left, with a bit of luck. i'm due Christmas Day. solid success and Congrats.
