I am with Tesco and I get a 'page cannot be displayed' page. I have a wireless router/modem. I have tried:
Replacing the modem
Replacing the cables
Replacing the filter
Reseting the router
Deleting and re-installing the drivers and connection
Trying another phone port/ communication port

Any clues?

Are you sure it has come back from it's holiday? Try going to the router configuration and checking the diagnostics page, then do the same on the modem, this will often guide you to the problem. You should get your ISP to run a check on the line.

I also have this problem, but i'm with Virgin Media.

I rang up last night and was told it was known about and engineers were trying to fix it.

if you have tried all that then you may want to call up tesco and check if it still tuned on or if they are experiencing any problems on their side.

Phone Tesco's.
Did you suspend it before the holiday and now need to un suspend or did you forget to pay your bill.

Call your ISP, I think your "IP lease" has expired OR your system could have sustained some Lightning damaged.

They can help.
