I think racial slurs are OK to use if the race it is against uses it - for example ...the oh so terrible "n" word - if they can use it...so can I - when they quit using it...so will I - tired of being told that they can do all of these things that I can't do - if I EVER get arrested for using the word I will hang out in "black neighborhoods and every time I hear the word I will call the cops and have then arrested for using it also - they want to get rough with me for being in their neighborhood - I got boxes full of .357 bullets and it will be time to start using them - sick of Mfrs telling me I have less rights than they do....if I have less rights it will be because I am in prison for killing off as many of them as I could before I got caught!

As a black person, I think that people use racial slurs (especially the 'N' word) too casually. Racial slurs are demoralizing and disrespectful.
If you cannot insult someone without referring to racial slurs, you need a more exclusive vocabulary.

I don't think that it is right. If someone is saying something negative about another race, they must mean what they say and I am sure that their friends wouldn't approve.

I call my mom a chink a lot.....She's not chinese but her maiden name has a lot of chinese people....
I call my friend a **** sometimes, she calls me a cracker. It's cool.
I'd never say something racist to someone I didn't know though. It's all in fun with friends.
