But they would forget to wear them because they are stupid. Maybe the smart ones should wear the hats.

A wonderful question sweety! I was thinking maybe a tattoo on the forehead but the orange hat idea is a good temporary fix*even though I have always heard you can't fix 'stupid*

No. It would make walking down the sidewalk a nightmare. They'd be constantly running into each other while headed towards the bright light.

That would be a great idea, but I think there needs to be a rating system with it too. That way if you see someone with an orange hat and a couple hundred "tags" you know to run.

hmmm not a bad idea but the problem is that i think alot of people would qualify me as one of the stupid ones and I dont like to wear hats. i have a big head and hats give me a headache, lol.

Are they going to take some 'Stupid Person' test so they can be decided if they're stupid (enough) for some bright orange headwear?
The hats should probably be tall too.

Nah, then people would confuse them with construction workers. Ideally, they should have tall flags strapped to their backs, like 6 ft over their heads. This way, there's no missing them, or thinking they are something else, and, you would also tell stupid construction workers from regular ones.

Luckily, the are so stupid that it doesn't usually take too long to figure out who they are, orange hats or not.
