Hey Amanda
It is possible that we can have kids, I have pcos to and I am 19 years old (pretty young huh), most ladies wit pcos conceives naturally but some need help from fertility meds, I am to ttc now because I am ready and believe me it is frustrated and hard expecailly when your cycles are ireguler.
My dr perscribe metformin 500mg 2x a day for me, I started it on August 31 and so far I had to reguler 29 days cycle (I never had reguler cycles) metformin helps us get reguler cycles and help us began to ovulate on our owns so that we can conceive.
If metformin doesn't work for you there are many different meds and treatments out there you, some are afordable and some are real expensive, if you are overweight I advize you to drop a few lbs

Amanda,
Absolutely yes! I know more than 100 women with PCOS who have healthy babies recently.
If you one of the rare PCOS patients who has regular periods and if you are under 35, then give it six cycles on your own before seeing a doctor.
If you don't get regular periods or if you are over 35 or if it's been more than six months, go see a doctor right away.
You should be evaluated to see which treatment is best for you to help you ovulate. If you can successfully ovulate these next few months and if your husband's sperm is great and your tubes and uterus are clean, then pregnancy might come a lot easier than you think! There is plenty of hope. Good luck!!

You might be given pills of injections to help you ovulate.

Absolutely. My wife has PCOS and now onto pregnancy #2. However, you do need to watch your diet (go with low carb diet) and probably will be prescribed metformin to regulate your cycles. Metformin helped tremendously.
If getting pregnant is still an issue after six months of trying, you should seek help from fertility specialists (which we did). No worries at all.

You can, but PCOS makes it very difficult to get pregnant.
