Whoever you are who keeps reporting me - you will never win. I will simply re-post whatever it is you report and TWICE as many people will see it.
With this question, I was making the point that the Left is, indeed, morally and ethically superior to the Rightwingnuts who are championing torture.
It's a valid point.

To Freedom for all: You can repeat that mantra till the cows come home and it still won't be true. Nobody anywhere is "murdering babies" except, of course, bush in Iraq.

To Tangerine: OK, I'm wide open. How is this a "rant?"

Yahoo's posting protcol is simply ludicrous in that it allows anybody to delete either a question or a response. In the process .I have answered blatantly racist questions and comments for which Yahoo inevitably send me my violation .
I have absolutely no doubt whatsover that Yahoo would allow pedophilia to go on on this board as long as nobody complained.
There as just too many other better managed newsgroups than this increasingly inane Yahoo board and ultimately all that will be left here are the complaining trolls and and other assorted trash spewing their dysfunctionality around.
This is a POLITICAL BOARD not a recipe swapping one .The rules cannot be the same period.
As soon as you allow trolls to cennsor content etc ,you simply destroy any meaningful debate .
The second you go down that "censorship" road, all is ultimately lost .
Except for personal threats, absolutely NO censorship by anyone should be allowed on this POLITICAL board. Posters should merely be advised that they must be over 18 for legal reasons and one enters at one's own risk.
Yes this will probably see an increase in the troll activity BUT it will allow a much more meaningful debate for the rest of us who should just ignore the trolls .
I have no doubt that a troll will complain and my response will be censored and once again the FRIGGIN TROLLS WIN.

I'm not saying that I disagree with you, but the community guidelines state that Y!A isn't meant to be used as a forum for ranting, and some may argue that your question is a rant.
EDIT: Some might say this is a rant, because as justgoodfolk pointed out, you're trying to make a statement rather than post a question. But then again, I think that most people in the Politics section are guilty of this. Unfortunately, though, people abuse the community guidelines in order to have people with whom they disagree suspended.

There will always be immature, small-minded individuals who can't handle it if anyone's opinion differs from their own. I got a violation the other day simply because I liked a rock band that someone else didn't care much for. You have the right attitude though. Keep on posting and asking the questions that you feel are right, and people like me will keep answering them. : )

The reason is simple......You ruffled the feathers of some right-wing Bible thumper who thinks he or she has a moral obligation to silence all views but their own. Take solace in the fact that you annoyed the very type of person who is causing a lot of the trouble in the country today.

It's not a question but a statement. I know it's lame but that IS the reason it got removed. The reason it got reported is something else maybe but they can report you all they want, if you just follow the rules your content will not be removed. Question and answer format violation. Try to make a question out of it next time

The only reason I can think is maybe it was posted in the wrong area? Or was it posted in politics and govt. I do not know why but some people just like to think that their opionion is better so they cause problems. Don't sweat the small stuff, don't take it personal. :)

I don't like anyone who removes content unless the text is just graffiti type things. If you do not like the question or answer don't read it. Something seems so weak minded about people who will silence someone who says something they do not like.

in order for something to be removed, it has to be reported by more than one person.
and if a person makes silly reports, eventually YA ignores their reports.
nope, odds are your question was way over the top...

Yep, I love this-- folks can post the color and viscosity of their bodily discharges -- but this is inappropriate??? Nice.
Yo-C- possibly you could make your point (as it is your absolute right to do so) without the name calling ? Just curious.

Right-wingers and Christo-fascists are reporting questions they don't like left and right.
They like censorship. They NEED it. It's how they win. Keep on posting!
