is there any owner in philippines, like makati ,qc, manila or even pasig and mandaluyon offering rent to own?

There is no "rent to own" anywhere in the metropolis. For that matter, maybe none anywhere in the Philippines.

There is no such thing here in the Philippines.
The closest thing you'll find is a 20% downpayment and the rest paid over 10 years at 18%apr though some of the bigger real estate development companys on a "house and lot" deal.

There is one area where I saw that its rent to own but more of condo types...although what I saw was more like a small apartment. Just can't figure out where i saw it. Just look around those places.
