Why would you want to hide the fact that you're pregnant? You should be proud of being pregnant, unless you are underage. You can't hide pregnancy anyways, no matter how hard you try.

I couldn't even hide my pregnancy even before I found out I was pregnant. Some people are fortunate to carry on a normal life but I am so sick all the time. You might be able to get away for the first trimester if you try not to look sick but once that baby start getting big, you might need to hide out. Sounds like you are still in high school. Be proud that are bringing life to this world. They are going to find out anyway. The time when people have something to use against you is when yourself gave them the power to do so.

If you're a teen/young adult:
Don't hide it. Own up to the pregnancy and figure out what you are going to do with the kid.
FYI-- Many hospitals, fire stations and police stations act as "Safe Harbors." You can drop off a newborn (up to 7 days old in Illinois) at any of these places, no quesitons asked. The child will then be adopted out. Better option than a dumpster.
If you're an adult who just doesn't want to show:
Loose, dark clothes that skim your bump will help.

I honestly don't think you could for 9 months. Around 7 months it becomes pretty obvious that you are pregnant. Even bulky sweatshirts and jackets can't hide you the entire time. You might be able to hide it for 6 months or so, but not beyond that.

For all those who ask "why would you" I can think of a couple of reasons... You might not want to deal with an unsympathetic boss at work, or with strangers wanting to rub your belly "for luck", or with an overbearing mother-in-law who will try to take over all your doctor's appointments and plan your nursery for you. If you've had a miscarriage in the past you might not want your pregnancy to be public until you are past the high-risk period. There could be a bunch of good reasons.
I would say keep yourself in trim, don't put on a ton of weight really fast. It's easier to disguise a neat bump than a huge belly. Wear a minnimiser bra if your bust has suddenly grown. Don't munch on pickles for breakfast. Try to avoid rushing to the bathroom to throw up with morning sickness (you may not have a lot of choice with that one, sorry). Wear well-cut clothes that skim rather than totally baggy clothes that look like you are hiding something. Try not to alter your behavior. Good luck!

Don't try to hide it. Eventually you will be found out anyway, and then you will have a lot more explaining to do. Being honest can be difficult, but in the long run it is much easier. I'm not sure why you want to hide it, but people can suprise, your fears may be unwarranted.

Stupid people.. she didnt ask how to hide her Pregnancy she ask how to hide that she is pregnant.. Another words she will tell someone soon... she just doesnt want anyone to find out right now.. right? Wear loose fitting clothing.. longer shirts so you can hide untill you are ready to tell whoever it is you are waiting on telling.. if its a employer or just family.. ;) good luck!

Wear baggy clothes and try to not look sick. May I ask why you need to hide it. My cousin is very tall and got a job when she was already showing and didn't tell them she was pregnant. She wore clothes that were "flow-y" to hide her little tummy. Her baby had a lot of room in there since she was soooo tall.

Wear larger clothes/put on abnormal weight....lock yourself away for 9 months or move out of area! Why would you want to hide it? I know a 15 year old girl that did for 7 months just so she could keep it! She even had a friend do a pregnancy test for her because her parents suspected but couldn't prove it...her mom later found a jar of urine in her bathroom. Thats just ridiculous!!!
