Ive started working, at a new gym as a receptionist, four days a week and the requirement is that i must ware a white tracksuit, what's your best advice, bare in mind i will have to this style almost everyday?

Hardly anyone looks good in a white tracksuit, so that thought alone would be enough to scare me into another job. However if you're stuck with it, Spanx have the best most flattering underwear, nude colour available so can wear under white, but also no visible panty line and holds everything nice and firmly. Good luck with your new job.

A white thong will not show at all. Otherwise go for something very close to your skin tone or very pale pink or blue. Any other colours will probably show through.

Flesh colored or now no longer something. different than the fabric is amazingly thick. in basic terms have her do what I do, it relatively is attempt it on with different pairs till finally you come across one that does no longer coach. be effective to teach around, and bend over, or maybe stroll away mutually as attempting to make effective there is not any panty line, pondering is the kind kiss of death!

white or flesh color, though flesh may be too dark. Style - Victoria's Secret makes a "barely there" line. Try that or another seamless line. They come in briefs, bikini's & thongs

you need to wear nude/skin colored undergarments. If you are dark complexion (i.e. african american) wear something darker like mocha or brown. Whatever matches your skin color as close as possible. It doesn't matter what style of underwear. Whatever you want is fine.
Do not wear white. Wearing white under white, is almost like wearing black under white. You will see it.

You want to wear undies that match your skin tone...like maybe a beige or even a light pink.
