I mean i have heard people say rock is the devil's music, some say metal is the devil's music, however 300 years ago, people have already been saying that there is a devil's music which is classical in nature. me being a musician, well it got me thinking what would actually the devil pick. an electric guitar, a piano, a violin, percussion what?
if you have some insight on what genre it would be, would it have lyrics? what would the lyrics be about? any insight would be very welcomed.

Music was Gods' creation, so music must glorify God.
Now, Satan - Lucifer, was the praise and worship leader in heaven. So he knows a lot about music..

According to me, any music that does not glorify lord is the devils. He made music so popular that people actually forget the main motive of music.
You may say how is the music we normally hear be of devil.. well you must have seen that most of the youths involved in heavy metal or hard rock, have become addicted to that sound and can do anything to just hear it.. in other words have given music the most priority..hence, taking Gods' place..

Also, many antichrist bands play music cursing God, or somehow are against God..
so, it isn't actually any genre of music.. you got my point right..

i believe the devil's music sounds like shrieks and screams. paranoid sounds that weave in and out of your ears.. tones that seem to creep up on u then disappear. i think the devil's music would be very scary and could make someone go crazy to hear. it probably sounds like someone dragging their feet and an axe following behind their trail.. or gun shots or mass murder, genocide shrieks... it would sound like the moment someone is hung from a tree or what someones brain says when they get the death penalty.. maybe the devils music is a compilation of all our fears and pain. that would definitely be hellish!

Maybe it would be something depressing, like a violin. No lyrics can justify evil.

The most heavenly sound is that of a harp.

I imagine it would be a combination of fingernails scraping on a blackboard and people chewing gum loudly accompanied by loud burbing and wet snotty sniffs.
Instead of singing..how about a bit of human wailing(oops..there is already a lot of that about!) errr..the sound of people being violently sick and a surgeon sawing up bones as well as a dentists drill.

It would probably sound like Fergie, but she'd be singing Soulja Boy while doing the cupid shuffle.
