I'm a highchool junior, and I'd like to tutor math for any level up to Algebra II. I have someone who's interested, but I'm not sure how much to charge. I realize that it'd depend on how dificult the level is, like if it was just 2nd grade math, I wouldn't charge as much as for highschool geometry.
Any suggestions??

I would consider several variables when arriving at a charge.
Your charges would depend on how good you are as a tudor and what your competition is like.
If this is your first client, you might want to make your charges low to build up your base.
Your charges might consider how important your services are to the client. Some people are more motivated than others. A failing student who is desperate for a passing grade might pay you more than a C student.
The difficulty of the level of math is a factor, but I don't see it as important.
The income level of your community can be a factor. You will probably charge more in California than Alabama.
If you are considering becoming a teacher, you might even give your services away--at least to some. You want the experience as much as the money.
If you have excellent grades in math, you can probably charge more than if your grades were so-so.
When it comes to second grade math, your raport with children is probably more important than your math skills.

It really depends. Are the parents paying for the tutoring? If you speak directly with your tutee's parents and give them your background and how knowledgeable you are with this material, you can charge quite a bit. I would say start with $10 per hour, that's a reasonable amount for quality tutoring. As you become more experienced you will be able to charge more for your services. Once you have a college degree I've seen people charge anywhere from $35-$75 per hour based on experience and level of education.

Good luck!!

You should ask other highschool juniors who also tutor math. They will know the correct to charge. Go to a tutoring site where they hang out: http://www.tuitionplaza.com/tutoring/

as a highschool jr... i wouldnt charge anything over minimum wage... seeing as you are not a credited tutor, and students your age usually make minimum wage anyway. not trying to bring you down, but there are many credited individuals out there willing to do the job for a fair price. good luck... get out there and make that chedda!
